Responsibilities
  • Produce, edit, shoot, or animate original shows that are designed to work on YouTube.
  • Work closely with the senior producer/showrunner to set the direction of the show, contributing to conversations around development, episode ideas, and technical aspects of production.
  • Pitch episode ideas and constantly push to improve the quality of the show.
  • Take an analytical approach to show performance, using data to understand which parts of the show are working and which aren’t.
