Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Radiation Therapy, Dosimetry, Medical Physics, or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 years in treatment planning software, ideally including Elekta's solutions
  • Strong technical understanding of TPS systems and medical device workflows
  • Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable leading presentations and training
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in IT systems, data tools, and medical software platforms
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% within the TIMEA region
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to demonstrate TPS solutions and drive new business
  • Consult on clinical workflows and design end-to-end solutions to improve patient care timelines
  • Support customers post-implementation, ensuring optimized usage and continuous value realization
  • Lead and participate in Monaco Academy training programs and user adoption initiatives
  • Identify upselling and upgrade opportunities within existing customer sites
  • Act as a technical expert and mentor within the TIMEA region, ensuring alignment with Elekta standards
  • Work cross-functionally with project managers, application specialists, and the global support teams
  • Represent Elekta at conferences and customer meetings
