  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other technical degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Application/Sales Engineering, Customer Success Engineer, or other customer-facing technical roles
  • Experience in industrial inspection & factory automation or supporting tools for physical inspections & measurement
  • Ability to debug hardware and software issues
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of engineering principles and processes
  • Desire to travel (expected travel 50%)
Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical point of contact for customer accounts
  • Work with prospective customers to form problem statements and execute evaluations
  • Provide clear communication with customers to maximize product usage
  • Identify opportunities for custom solutions and manage their development
  • Manage customer performance and drive technology adoption
  • Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Product teams to develop new solutions
  • Create lasting impact on quality manufacturing operations
