Requirements
  • A successfully completed technical degree or technician qualification in electrical engineering or mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in manufacturing electronic assemblies, ideally in an industrial electronics environment.
  • Practical experience applying established quality methods and tools, such as 8D reports, 5-Why analysis, FMEA, fault-tree analysis, statistical methods, and audits.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
Responsibilities
  • Actively support production areas in sustainably resolving quality problems.
  • Analyze, assess, and optimize manufacturing processes and products in electronics manufacturing.
  • Support manufacturing processes and product launches during new product introductions.
  • Initiate, manage, and monitor quality-assurance measures during prototype, pre-series, and ramp-up phases.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and relevant departments when transferring new products to series production, including initial sampling, series release, and associated documentation.
  • Moderate interdisciplinary problem-solving teams to implement immediate, corrective, preventive, and improvement measures.
  • Process, analyze, and evaluate internal and external complaints and deviations using established quality techniques.
  • Plan and conduct product and process audits.
