Responsibilities
  • Develop an employee experience, engagement, and communications approach.
  • Craft and implement an integrated people roadmap.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensure values are consistently integrated across all HR functions, programs, and processes.
  • Work with Communications team to develop strategic internal communications campaigns.
  • Lead change management efforts related to HR programs and organizational initiatives.
  • Develop performance and talent management programs.
  • Build diversity strategy and integrate initiatives across HR programs.
  • Develop partnerships with external organizations and community groups.
  • Measure impact of programs through various surveys.
  • Drive alignment and accountability within the HR team and across the company.
  • Facilitate monthly meetings with internal working group.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide development opportunities for direct reports.
  • Work on special projects in support of HR initiatives.
