  • Terminal degree in Advanced Manufacturing, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field, professional certification, and 15+ years of industry experience at the senior scientist, or engineering manager level required with responsibility for R&D, product development and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and teach undergraduate courses within the Advanced Manufacturing Systems degree and certificate programs.
  • The successful candidate will teach courses including (but not limited to): Fundamentals of Medical Manufacturing.
  • The successful candidate will teach courses including (but not limited to): Biomaterials and Bio-compatibility.
  • The successful candidate will teach courses including (but not limited to): Problem Solving in Medical Device Manufacturing Processing.
  • The successful candidate will teach courses including (but not limited to): Materials for Medical devices and/or other courses included in the curriculum.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in technical training or teaching online courses at the undergraduate and graduate level and working with international students is preferred.
