  • Significant experience in HR administration and support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • A detail-oriented mind set for when maintaining employee records, composing letters and reviewing candidates.
  • Adaptable and good with working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR Systems, Workday is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner.
  • Act as first point of contact for managers regarding a wide range of HR topics, e.g., pay and benefit enquiries, company policy questions and day to day queries across the life cycle of employment.
  • Support managers with all aspects of recruitment including initiating recruitment within the HR system, coordinating interviews, processing contracts and supporting with the onboarding and new starter inductions.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR self-service tools including Workday.
  • Responsible for tracking all absences and ensuring Return to Work documentation is complete and on file and support managers with first line absence management meetings.
  • Manage the off-boarding process for leavers and carry out exit interviews.
  • To provide accurate and timely generalist HR administrative assistance to support the company’s objectives.
  • To maintain existing HR related policies and procedures in line with organisational strategy with the support of the HR Business Partner.
  • Liaise with the wider HR team and internal functions such as payroll.
  • Support with HR projects as and when required.
  • Attend HR meetings as and when required.
