  • The candidate must be currently in the second year or above of an undergraduate program.
  • The candidate should be studying Business Technology, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related business or technology discipline.
  • The candidate must actively use AI tools in school or work and be able to discuss specific examples during interviews.
  • The candidate should have strong written communication skills and be able to produce clear, structured, and on-brand content.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working with ambiguity, managing priorities, and balancing different types of work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Build and populate the internal Claude AI workspace, including knowledge bases, custom templates, and team-specific workflow tools.
  • Coordinate and support AI scoping sessions with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain project tracking and documentation across multiple workstreams.
  • Draft training materials and internal communications to support AI rollout and adoption.
  • Track adoption and usage metrics and help evaluate what’s working and where improvements are needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior co-op or internship experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Claude, MCP, Confluence, and/or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Interest or experience in travel or hospitality is preferred.
