Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and monitoring promotional cadence plans and project schedule.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through all stages of project scope, development, execution, and maintenance.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to PMO frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Lead status and stakeholder meetings including distribution of follow-up and action items to the team.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Assess and communicate project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Understanding and leading formal escalation and review processes.
  • Creating and reviewing of PMO related reports.
  • Act as knowledge manager for the IT team, managing databases and/or portals designed to help facilitate communications and coordination of various activities.
  • Providing project management support to project managers and business leaders when requested.
  • Leading efforts around workload tracking, workload consolidation, and other needs across the IT + Marketing Leadership team and PMO.
  • Assist with various office functions that include, managing calendars, scheduling activities, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Liaison with other departments as requested.
  • Provide high-level support to VPs and senior leadership by managing key operational tasks such as contract management, application lists, and project tracking.
  • Prepare, edit, and enhance presentations, including PowerPoint decks for executive meetings, all-hands meetings, and leadership updates.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for departmental events, team meetings, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead or assist in special projects, handling cross-functional coordination, documentation, and process improvement efforts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of department needs, proactively supporting leadership in driving initiatives and ensuring smooth operations.
