  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Professional accreditation such as a PMP or similar.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Project Engineering/Management with at least 4 years in the LNG industry.
  • Expert Knowledge of project management systems and principles with extensive knowledge of working with Engineering and Management teams to set up tools for operational readiness, performance monitoring and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Manages Site Engineering Team
  • Coordinates weekly review of schedule forecast and ensures timely completion of engineering activities for BOP/Process Areas to support PSSR
  • Signs off on area MOCs / HAZOP for engineering manager
  • Manages site MOC register and coordinates safety reviews as required, solicits support from general project engineers
  • Reviews BOP/PIS RFIs and identifies potential MOCs
  • Provides input to weekly site engineering report
  • Support permitting activities as needed (water, sanitary, air, etc)
  • Maintain the following work trackers:
  • Site technical query tracker
  • Carry over work tracker
  • Site coordinator quality items tracker (working with Quality team)
  • Ensure VG engineering engagement in commissioning planning and site troubleshooting, coordinate between site organizations (construction, commissioning, engineering, operations), issue actions, and close out
