The Opportunity:

DataGrail is looking for an Information Technology leader to build a scalable, sustainable practice around physical systems, business software, and SaaS tools. This is your opportunity to research, design, and scale solutions to meet DataGrail’s technology needs and immediately see the impact of your roadmap. While there are many backgrounds in IT that will make candidates successful in this role, the ideal candidate will blend careful planning, comprehensive communication, and bias towards immediate action to make technology delightful for our people month-over-month.

The Skill Set:

Design and deliver the remote work technology experience for DataGrail, encompassing endpoints, applications, and business systems.

Acquire and integrate the best of emerging endpoint management solutions for DataGrail’s fleet.

Deliver cost-effective and responsive technology support to our varied user types.

Be the face of technology to our employees and keep them informed on when, why, and how.

Ensure DataGrail is spending its technology dollars on the right long-term solutions.

Grow and challenge the next generation of IT technology leaders

Within 60 Days You’ll:

Immerse yourself in DataGrail values, culture, and activities

Meet and integrate with critical partner leaders in finance, engineering, and sales

Establish baselines for existing fleets and systems

Learn DataGrail’s product and use it like a customer

Within 180 Days You’ll:

Design, workshop, and a communicate a technology roadmap for DataGrail

Implement critical systems for endpoint management and corporate systems access

Implement BYOD policy and matching controls

Converge fleet to N > 1 SKUs

Converge SaaS footprint to N > 1 partners

Within 365 Days You’ll:

Monitor and maintain single-pane reporting on fleet, systems, and partner health

Be a model test-case IT user for DataGrail product enhancements

Merge roadmap with production engineering technology efforts

Define, track, and manage IT service metrics and outcomes
