Requirements
  • You have developed genuine expertise on a supply-side or creator-side user segment by listening directly to conversations, call reviews, community participation, and direct contact rather than relying on dashboards.
  • Your Pro-facing copy is clear, warm, and direct, not full of platform jargon or hollow encouragement, and you can provide concrete examples.
  • You connect communications to outcomes and can trace a message or sequence back to a supply outcome or explain what data would be needed to measure it.
  • You influence without authority and can build a case, present data, and secure cross-functional alignment with Product, Operations, and Support.
  • You are comfortable building processes from scratch and designed to design the processes, not just execute existing ones.
  • You are AI-native, have used AI tools to scale content creation, synthesize qualitative feedback, or automate communications workflows, and can show tangible outputs.
  • You are based in the United States or able to work remotely from the United States.
Responsibilities
  • In-product messaging: Partner with Product to design and maintain the system for Pro-facing in-app communications, communicating platform changes, incentives, and performance data at the right moments in the Pro journey.
  • Community, upskilling & brand voice: Manage Pro community building in Bettermode, including engagement strategy, content cadence, and tone of voice for all Pro-facing communications; define vision for Pro Academy and work with partners on content production and delivery.
  • Pro help content: Strategy for the knowledge base, FAQs, and how-to content that let Pros find answers without contacting support; collaborate with Product Managers on help content for feature launches and platform changes; measure success by deflection as well as views.
  • Internal Pro advocacy: Own the Pro listening system, interviews, call reviews, Bettermode monitoring, support trend analysis, and route insights to Product, Operations, and Support to inform decisions.
  • Gamification & incentive programs: Own how challenges, badges, and tier-based incentive programs are communicated to Pros across the full lifecycle; coordinate with Product and Data to design incentive structures and ensure Pros understand and are motivated by them.

  • Experience with supply-side or creator-side user segmentation and communication strategy, evidenced by direct qualitative insights rather than only dashboards.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting for Pro-facing communications, with examples.
