  • Able to configure and Support Oracle HCM Cloud Application Modules as per business requirements.
  • Supporting implementation and providing production support of PeopleSoft Enterprise HR modules like Core HR, Recruiting Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time and Labor, Payroll.
  • Uses business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
  • Application personalization and testing.
Responsibilities
  • Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology
  • Configure and test applications to check that it meets business requirements
  • Work under a continued improvement culture, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems
  • Provide technical expertise in Payroll
  • Work on L2 and L3 incidents and report progress
  • Update systems with progress on incidents
  • Work with third parties to resolve incidents
  • Update config management and knowledge management databases
  • Support path to live release management and deployment
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in PaaS and SaaS HCM applications.
  • Module experience in – Core; Absence; Performance; Case Work; Learning and Development; Oracle Recruitment; Project Resource Deployment; Strategic Workforce Planning; Oda and Journeys.
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of managing inbound and outbound integrations from and to HCM.
  • Knowledge of integration of HCM HR and Payroll functionality.
  • Knowledge Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Knowledge of HCM security requirements and application.

IBM Sells Turkish Subsidiary for $135B

IBM, one of the world's largest tech companies, sold its Turkish subsidiary, Seri Bilgi Teknolojileri, to Destek Bilgisayar. This acquisition, initially reported last year, has now been officially approved. IBM, with assets over $135 billion and revenue of $62 billion, had established Seri in 2002. Destek, founded in 1996 and with around 600 employees, has acquired 100% of Seri, which provides EFT Payment Terminal services with nearly 200 employees.
