Requirements
  • 10 plus years of experience working for a large financial services organization
  • Extensive subject matter expertise of Citi end-to-end data and process flows
  • Experience with data transformation and implementation
  • Self-motivated and ability to successfully lead/drive projects independently
  • Deep internal network & connections is desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of Citi data consumption needs and knowledge of Citigroup Financial Systems (Full Suite / GENESIS / Etc.)
  • High proficiency with standard analysis and presentation tools (Excel / PowerPoint / Tableau / SQL, etc)
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of fundamental of data management and flows.
  • Bachelors degree, potentially, CFA and/or Masters degree
Responsibilities
  • Contributes in developing and driving the global cash target state including governance, controls & standards across the firm.
  • Participates in Cash/Nostro hygiene projects including standing up a Cash account SOR (ABACUS), addressing Cash proxies for liquidity reporting/data consumption, dormant accounts, account closure & clean-up, account opening standards, etc.
  • Assist on funding model optimization initiatives as well as supporting the firms Intraday target state goals. Supports Cash As An Asset firm-wide Initiatives
  • The position will require both individual analytical work as well as partnership across teams to identify solutions to business inquiries in a timely manner and own the implementation / execution steps to autonomously drive open issues to completion.
  • Directs project prioritization, platform direction, and future state planning and strategic direction.
  • Exposure into various facets of Risk and Finance Processes within Citi; interacting with various levels within the organization.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
