Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Real Page software
  • Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure that they are well-maintained and profitable
  • Develop and implement property management plans and strategies
  • Oversee the work of property managers and maintenance staff
  • Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each property
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner
  • Negotiate and manage lease agreements
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and respond to their needs in a timely manner
