Responsibilities
  • Lead the full product cycle for changes and new features, including idea generation, research, design, development, and launch.
  • Collaborate closely with business, operational, and pedagogical stakeholders from product teams that use the system to set product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform decision making.
  • Implement best practices for user-centric design and research methodologies to ensure the product meets user needs. This includes:
  • Understanding users' needs, goals, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and observations.
  • Creating prototypes of new features or lessons and conducting usability testing with real students and parents.
  • Using quantitative methods to understand how users are interacting with the platform (e.g., time spent on lessons, quiz scores) and qualitative methods to dig deeper into user satisfaction, understanding, and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a team of curriculum experts, artists, designers, and engineers to deliver product enhancements and new features.
  • Share insights and resources with product teams across the company.
