  • Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset.
  • At least 7 years of experience in growth strategy, business operations, commercial strategy, go-to-market strategy, incentives, loyalty, pricing, performance marketing, financial planning and analysis, or management consulting.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience building or interpreting profit-and-loss models, return-on-investment frameworks, forecasts, business cases, or investment recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, interpret complex data, and translate insights into clear business decisions.
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Data and Analytics, Product, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Regional, or Operations teams to build shared infrastructure and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to build concise strategy documents, business reviews, and decision-ready presentations.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive progress across teams with different priorities, incentives, and levels of context.
  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • A structured problem-solving approach, with a bias toward action and a high bar for analytical rigor.
Responsibilities
  • Develop the strategic framework for evaluating, prioritizing, and scaling incentive and loyalty initiatives across the business.
  • Define principles and guardrails for when, where, and how incentives should be used while balancing growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational complexity.
  • Partner with Customer Relationship Management, Product, Regional, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams to align incentive initiatives with broader business priorities.
  • Move the business from isolated campaigns and tests toward a structured, scalable, and financially disciplined incentives portfolio.
  • Establish operating rhythms for reviewing performance, making investment decisions, and prioritizing future opportunities.
  • Own the framework for evaluating incentive and loyalty program performance, including redemption, incremental bookings, revenue impact, margin impact, customer lifetime value, cost-to-serve, and return on investment.
  • Partner with Finance to build and maintain profit-and-loss reporting infrastructure for incentives and loyalty, including spend tracking, forecasting, cost visibility, and program-level economics.
  • Support budget planning, investment trade-off discussions, and performance reviews with the department lead and Finance partners.
  • Establish reporting cadences, approval processes, and investment guardrails for transparent and disciplined incentive spend.
  • Provide leadership with a clear, trusted, and consistent view of incentive performance across programs, markets, channels, and customer segments.
  • Lead recurring and ad hoc deep dives into program performance, customer segments, test results, cost drivers, and behavioral trends to identify investment opportunities.
  • Translate complex analysis into strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive-ready narratives.
  • Partner with Product, Data, Customer Relationship Management, Regional, and Marketing teams to shape and prioritize the incentives roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to improve incentive effectiveness through targeting, program design, customer segmentation, channel coordination, and measurement.
  • Help leadership understand trade-offs across short-term conversion, long-term customer value, margin impact, operational complexity, and strategic growth.
  • Design and improve processes to propose, approve, launch, measure, and review incentive initiatives.
  • Create standards for evaluating incentive programs before launch and assessing them after execution.
  • Partner with execution teams to support campaign delivery with strategic rationale, measurement plans, and financial guardrails.
  • Build a scalable test-and-learn discipline that maintains measurement rigor and financial accountability.
  • Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and ambiguities that could limit the effective scaling of incentives.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Finance, Product, Data, Customer Relationship Management, Regional, and Marketing teams on how incentive investment translates into customer and business value.
  • Own the metrics, narrative, and recommendations used in recurring business reviews and leadership updates on incentives and loyalty.
  • Bring an evidence-based analytical perspective to strategic discussions.
  • Connect teams so incentives are managed as a disciplined business portfolio rather than disconnected campaigns.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in management consulting, business operations, growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Experience working on loyalty, promotions, incentives, pricing, marketplace growth, customer lifecycle, or monetization programs.
  • Experience with experimentation, incrementality measurement, customer segmentation, or lifetime value analysis.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, Structured Query Language, dashboards, or analytics workflows.
  • Experience building operating rhythms, governance processes, or scalable cross-functional planning mechanisms.
  • Experience working in travel, marketplaces, e-commerce, consumer technology, or membership-based businesses.
