  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
  • Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure smooth and efficient collection processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
  • Record all credit card transactions daily and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Assist in reconciling discrepancies and errors in the financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Provide support to the sales team and other departments as needed. Activities, such as data entry, reporting, correspondence, and basic analysis requiring attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports for management as requested.
