Responsibilities
  • Lead technical presales activities, including solution design, migration strategies, client workshops and RFP responses
  • Translate between business problems and technology solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise within ServiceNow
  • Work with the client and internal team to identify future needs to align with managed services
  • Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
  • Lead architectural strategy, defining requirements, phases, and creating designs during the project definition
  • Provide strong technical oversite and subject matter expertise during the definition and delivery phase
  • Keep current with trends and technological innovations in the cloud services industry and make appropriate development recommendations
  • Develop long-term technology road maps for client solutions
  • Formulate criteria and execute proof-of-concept projects for new approaches and platforms
  • Conduct technical review of existing client solutions to determine future mapping to managed solutions
  • Influence technology direction with solid analysis
