Condé Nast Commercial Creative (CNCC), our marketing, creative strategy, and production department is responsible for harnessing that power and passion to create and execute the industry’s most compelling programs, initiatives and partnerships.
The Production & Activation (P&A) team is responsible for the execution of custom marketing programs across all Condé Nast brands and sales categories, collaborating with the sales, digital operations, insights/research, creative, experiential, video and PR teams to produce content programs that include white label, branded content, custom video, native articles, events, social/digital-first content and more.
This position is on the Production & Activation team, owning the activation process to bring these co-branded marketing programs to life. We’re looking for an experienced strategic marketer and creative problem solver, who’s organized, adaptable and great with client services and communication. Additionally, this person will help to identify day-to-day program hurdles as well as address category-specific needs and optimizations while providing support to large-scale programs. We’re looking for someone who’s adaptable and innovative, with a handle on the rapidly evolving media and marketing industry and is naturally collaborative and proactive.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, manage, and execute multiple branded content marketing programs across CN’s portfolio of brands including content creation, event activations, influencer programs, social campaigns, print units, and more
Manage all client and agency communication while working in tandem with internal partners
Identify potential campaign and program hurdles and optimize in real time. Foresight and forward-thinking is critical.
Effectively manage program budgets, timelines, and content/talent agreements
Cultivate relationships with key clients, industry leaders, production partners, and internal teams
Monitor industry and media trends to help identify new partnership offerings
Requirements:
3-6+ years qualifying experience in branded content creation, publishing, digital media or relevant brand marketing with a strong background in client services
Candidate must have brand marketing, client management, or production experience
Experience creating branded content, specifically video and digital content
Strong social and interpersonal communication skills are a must
Ability to manage multiple activations and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with effective time management skills.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures and content management systems
Next-level attention to detail; appreciation for Google docs and trackers
Self-starter who can work independently and within a team setting
Positive, creative, solutions-oriented and client-focused
Experience with Google Slides/Suite preferred, but not required

The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000-$95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
