As the AI Product Manager for Shopping Intelligence at Uber, your role will encompass leading a dedicated team to craft and implement a transformational strategy, bringing ground breaking AI-powered shopping experiences to life within our UberEats app. You will enable consumers to seamlessly shop by scaling and accelerating the curation of Uber’s Catalog with ML, which lays the foundation to developing new personalized carousels and recommendation experiences on the New verticals feeds, Storefronts, product detail pages, check-out interstitials and post-order flows, and build better out-of-stock predictions and replacement suggestions. You will also develop a foundational graph, search and tooling infrastructures which will power the experiences above. What the Candidate Will Do
- Develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for Shopping Intelligence within UberEats.
- Craft and execute a strategic roadmap to power intelligent storefronts for restaurants and new verticals such as groceries, convenience stores, alcohol, etc.
- Drive innovation and excellence in AI product development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or data-driven products
- Prior experience leading a small team of PM’s
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years building ML apps at scale
- Experience successfully delivering complex, large-scale products
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passion for technology, data, and innovation
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $203,000 per year - $225,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $203,000 per year - $225,500 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $203,000 per year - $225,500 per year.
For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $203,000 per year - $225,500 per year.
