What believers are saying

  • Silicon Valley and Las Vegas expansions capture AI-driven tenant improvement and data center demand in high-growth tech hubs.
  • St. Croix $789M school rebuild contract and Flamingo Las Vegas renovation diversify portfolio beyond traditional sectors.

What critics are saying

  • OSHA fines totaling $292,116 and reputational damage persist after May 2026 Edison Power Plant collapse injured three workers in Boston.
  • Repeated safety failures, including April 2024 South Station fire, disqualify Suffolk from healthcare/life sciences contracts requiring top-tier compliance within 3–9 months.
  • Las Vegas expansion stalls due to Caesars Entertainment's 2025–2026 capital budget cuts, risking $37M Fort Belvoir down payment and delaying office relocation.
