- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to work outdoors year-round and perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience is preferred but not required.
- A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Learn through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning trees, rigging, cabling and bracing, removing hazardous trees, maintaining and operating hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts, and implementing work zone safety procedures.
- Assist Arborist Climbers and Arborist Crew Leaders on the ground and aloft.
- Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
- Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.

Services include inventory management, pruning, fertilization, insect and disease suppression, soil management, lightning protection, cabling and bracing, and removals. Goal: help trees and shrubs stay healthy and beautiful assets on properties by giving them ongoing care and protection.
