  • 4+ years of experience as a product designer embedded on a product team
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of responsive web design work
  • Exceptional visual design skills with an expert eye for layout, color, and typography, and an expanded understanding of current trends and best practices in web design
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to engage with multiple teams and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines
  • Experience using content management systems is a plus
  • Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly desirable, facilitating more effective collaboration with engineering teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web accessibility standards and a commitment to designing for inclusivity
  • Design web experiences from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a commitment to excellence
  • Collaborate with other designers and multi-disciplinary teams, actively participating in feedback to/from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality
  • Assist in and conduct user research to uncover areas of opportunity within your product area, leveraging insights to inform design decisions
  • Utilize your knowledge in Figma to create responsive designs that adhere to brand guidelines and UX best practices
  • Navigate various degrees of ambiguity, making strategic decisions that balance design aesthetics with functional requirements
  • Actively contribute to Product Design team priorities, helping develop and refine our design processes, principles, and ways of working
