Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field is required.
  • Candidates must have 12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise software development, with a minimum of 5 years as Architect.
  • Strong programming experience in Enterprise Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
  • Demonstrable experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrable experience with microservices-based architecture on cloud at scale.
  • Azure: 5+ years of experience with cloud architecture and deployment.
  • Snowflake: 3+ years of experience in data warehousing.
  • PostgreSQL: 5+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
  • CICD: 5+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with implementation of event driven architecture using Kafka, Spark or similar technologies.
  • Experience with API management platforms & providing / consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation.
  • Good Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management, role-based access control, authentication & authorization, and data encryption.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical architect for multiple retail planning teams, ensuring that all solutions align with the company's strategic goals and technical standards.
  • Provide expert guidance in code and design reviews and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that enhance the scalability, performance, and reliability of our retail planning solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and experiences to establish the company as a leader in supply chain software solutions.
