- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain or related field. Required
- Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below. Required
- 5 years progressive experience in contract management of product and/or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis. Required
- 2 years experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software and/or enterprise resource platform (ERP), preferably Oracle Cloud Required
- 2 years of experience and a proven track record in strategic contract management and expense reduction Required
- Manage the sourcing and contracting initiatives for the UW Health system, including legal terms review and risk mitigation.
- Negotiate contracts for the purchases of goods and services for the system.
- Meet or exceed annual cost savings goals through benchmarking and negotiation.
- Take high visibility initiatives to completion by using expertise, data, and cross functional team input.
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Procurement experience in healthcare environment Preferred
