  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
  • 5-7 years experience in audit readiness/response, business process improvement (BPI), business transformation and/or property related activities
  • Experience providing inventory support services to DoD or federal organizations, building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel, helping to develop and implement short-term and long-term asset management / real property strategies
  • Experience conducting reviews of policies/procedures, reviewing/researching/drafting Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), tracking remediation activities, and supporting BPI initiatives
  • Experience working with DoD and Federal agencies in an audit/accounting capacity
  • Working knowledge of DoD and Federal financial management and accounting regulations
  • 5-7 years experience with technical and/or professional writing, portraying an ability to independently conduct background research, structure written work products, and articulate an approach or recommendations
  • Professional experience with project management and program analysis, with hands on experience presenting information verbally and facilitating discussions with representatives from all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to proposal technical write-ups in areas of expertise
