Executive

Role Summary: 
This role is responsible for overall Store operation and maintain the FIFO or LIFO as per standard and to keep the materials in proper way and to issue as per the business requirement. 

Roles and Responsibility:
•    Receipts and update stock register. 
•    Receive, unload, and maintain shelf life items.
•    Update stock and communicate to HOD.
•    Maintain proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
•    Maintain good housekeeping of the working/ stores area.

•    Solve any discrepancy raised by the inventory/ audit section.
•    Preparation of OCP respective activities / process OCP’s and implementation of the same
•    Provide awareness on Quality, Environmental & Safety policy to down the levels.
•     Store the different type of wastes in designated colour coded containers.

•    Update all performance monitoring records like Aspect Impact register, Risk & opportunities & Compliance.
•    Follow all operations are planned, controlled, Implemented as per procedures.
•    Warehouse management.
•    Have good knowledge of SAP-MM to analyze and monitor material flow.
•    Experience in stores management activities such as receipt and issue posting of the materials in SAP.
•    Material planning and control activity, Mini-Max, Re-order level, ABC Analysis and Non-moving items control.

• Excellent leadership quality and man, material management skills.
• Preferably exposure to SAP S4 HANA based working.
• Ability to manage and work with a variety of cross-functional team members.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making and commercially aware.
