Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, human resources or business-related degree a plus.
  • 2+ years of human resources experience in a supportive or operational role
  • Experience with an HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Experience with ADP
  • Prior experience performing data audits and reconciliation
  • Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with vLookups, pivot tables, etc.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail required and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills a must
Responsibilities
  • Perform HR operational tasks such as new hire paperwork, the I-9 and eVerify process, employment verification requests and overall maintenance of employee records
  • Input new hire information in the payroll system and manage all tax and benefits deductions
  • Ensure data integrity for all information housed in SuccessFactors, our HRIS, and ADP, our payroll system
  • Maintain HR related data (both paper and electronic) in an organized and compliant manner
  • Involved in HR and Finance related projects, including our new carrier connection which will link payroll and benefits systems
  • Manage all sensitive data with strict confidentiality and meet high standards for accuracy and precision
