Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manages and optimizes marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other marketing-related software.
  • Evaluates and implements new marketing technologies to enhance marketing operations and improve efficiency.
  • Provides training and support to the marketing team on the effective use of marketing tools and systems.
  • Works closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation, integration, and utilization of marketing technology.
  • Develops and implements standardized marketing processes and workflows to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing operations with other departments, such as sales and IT.
  • Continuously assesses and improves marketing processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Partners with BI team to develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against marketing goals.
  • Collaborates with the analytics team to implement data-driven decision-making processes and develop predictive models to support marketing initiatives.
  • Helps the marketing team establish measurable and relevant KPIs for strategic initiatives and tactical plans.

CS Disco reports $8.5M Q4 loss, projects revenue up to $177M for 2025

CS Disco, an Austin-based legal technology company, reported a fourth-quarter loss of $8.5 million, or 13 cents per share. Adjusted losses came to 4 cents per share, with revenue reaching $41.2 million for the period. For the full year, the company posted a loss of $44.4 million, or 72 cents per share, on revenue of $156.8 million. Looking ahead, CS Disco expects first-quarter revenue between $39 million and $41.5 million. Full-year revenue is projected in the range of $167 million to $177 million.

Jefferies raises CS Disco price target to $8 as GenAI tool Cecilia triples customer base
