  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle last minute prospect/client requests
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Corporate Relationship Managers (RMs) to support clients and their programs, identify methods or solutions that optimize client engagement, and uncover efficiencies, tools and resources to improve client experience
  • Analyze existing corporate accounts to identify expansion opportunities and position Ayco services in advance of regular meetings
  • Work with RMs to determine and develop the appropriate materials to be used at client meetings
  • Collaborate with RMs to develop materials requested by clients including agendas, presentations, program utilization reports, program communications, proposals, program reviews, roll out materials, program timelines, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with internal counterparts and attend client meetings as needed
  • Maintain institutional opportunities for region and assist with documentation and follow-up from client discussions, both internally and externally
  • Strategize as needed with Marketing team on marketing material creation
  • Assist RMs in project management efforts for large corporate implementations and roll outs
  • Update weekly and monthly regional opportunity/activity reports and prepare/deliver utilization, outcomes and other reports for our service lines
  • Facilitate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed in line with RFP process, update RFP database
  • Attend onsite engagement sessions at corporate accounts, including benefit fairs, program kick-offs and ongoing relationship engagement
  • Develop financial education content, as applicable
Desired Qualifications
