- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors or service providers.
- A collaborative approach and attention to detail.
- Coordinate inductions, contractor administration and vendor onboarding activities.
- Support HSE processes including audits, compliance tracking and reporting.
- Manage SharePoint records, documentation and account administration.
- Coordinate planned maintenance schedules and asset audits.
- Prepare monthly reports, Power BI reports and client reporting deliverables.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoice records and financial administration.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and related documentation.
- Conduct contractor spot checks and support continuous improvement activities.
- Experience within facilities management, property, technical services or project environments.
- Exposure to Power BI reporting.
- Knowledge of health, safety and compliance processes.
- Trade, technical or tertiary studies in areas such as electrical, mechanical, fire or building services.
- Experience working with asset management or maintenance systems.
