Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner(SCRUM certification preferred)
  • Experience in working with Content Management Systems, localization tools, publishing tools and systems
  • Familiarity with workflow management systems such as Jira, or similar
  • Familiarity with GitHub, modern web development standards, and familiarity with common JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
  • Experience in agile methodologies and abilityto break them down into epics, user-stories and tasks
  • Strong customer focus, communication skills, stakeholder management, and collaboration
  • Ability to prioritize and negotiate priorities based on customer and business outcomes
Responsibilities
  • Research existing implementations and case studies of content management of UI strings, familiarize with existing industry tools, common challenges, best practices
  • Create user stories for all stakeholder personas, validate and prioritize user stories, create requirements, refine, and set success metrics
  • Facilitate buy or build decisions based on the user stories, results of tools research, and cost/benefit analysis
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (content design, engineering, legal and compliance, localization, to name a few) to build a robust meta-data strategy for content management and governance
  • Understand necessary integration needed for adjacent processes and collaborate to ensure these are delivered and functional (content design in Figma, localization, GitHub integration, etc.)
  • Manage agile process and backlog
  • Manage deployments, pilots, betas, and other activities to roll out the content management system to users
  • Manage user feedback and continuous improvements
