Data Analyst Intern

The Assistant Data Analyst Intern will support the data processing and analysis efforts for Skechers' international channels, including Joint Ventures, Subsidiaries, and Distributor Wholesale. This role will assist in ensuring data accuracy and timeliness while learning to conduct basic data analysis and contribute to inventory optimization efforts.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

• Assist in data collection and processing from international channels under supervision.
• Help conduct basic analysis of global data to identify trends and patterns.
• Support the development of reports and presentations for inventory optimization.
• Learn to use Power BI, Power Pivot, and advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
• Assist in maintaining communication between the Data team and various stakeholders.

• Gain understanding of international business models and their data requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Business Analytics, International Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Coursework in data analysis, statistics, or business intelligence preferred.
• Prior experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) through academic projects or previous internships is a plus.

The pay range is $25/hr.
