Requirements
  • 4+ years of combined experience in product management, product development, software development and/or product support with the Salesforce Platform
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related discipline (Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management, etc.) or Business Analyst experience working in the financial services industry supporting digital initiatives
  • Working knowledge of the agile frameworks & scaling models, including iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand ups, iteration reviews and system demos, iteration retrospectives, PI Planning, Demos, PO Sync and ART Sync
  • Experience contributing to the strategic creation of products, accelerating value delivery to customers, working with cross-functional teams, employing innovative mindsets & practices to product development (design-thinking, lean startup approach, MVP, rapid prototyping, frequent feedback cycles, customer centricity).
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, problem resolution, listening and team building skills
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Represent vision and customer needs to the technical teams, answering questions and facilitating conversations needed to get the work done.
  • Provide context for, prioritize and accept the work demoed by the agile team, specifically ensuring the right value is delivered.
  • Create, own and manage the backlog, constantly collaborating with Product Managers and the team to ensure business and functional items are refined, prioritized, and delivered predictably and consistently.
  • Continuously engage with key stakeholders to stay informed, nurturing strong and trusting relationships and increasing business knowledge to represent product vision, which includes technical enablers and managing technical debt.
  • Continuously build Salesforce knowledge and stay updated on upcoming releases.
  • Coordinate with business analysts to gather, review, analyze, validate, evaluate and map business systems, processes, and user requirements.
  • Preparation and execution of PI planning including drafting objectives and story definition.
  • Identify organizational risks and impediments and work with the leadership team to create effective strategies to overcome them.
  • Other duties as assigned

Zions Bank CEO Nate Callister joins World Trade Center Utah board

World Trade Center Utah has appointed Nate Callister, president and CEO of Zions Bank, to its board of directors. Callister, who also serves as executive vice president of Zions Bancorporation, brings over 25 years of commercial banking leadership experience. Zions Bank has been a key partner for WTC Utah, providing trade finance, risk-management solutions and banking infrastructure to help Utah businesses expand globally. The bank, founded in Utah in 1873, is headquartered in Salt Lake City. WTC Utah's board is currently chaired by Jeff Flake, former US senator and ambassador to Turkey. The organisation aims to make Utah "the crossroads of the world" by supporting international business opportunities. On 6-7 May, WTC Utah will co-host the Zions Bank Crossroads of the World International Trade Summit in Salt Lake City.

Miles joins Zions Bank in senior vice president role

Miles joins Zions Bank in senior vice president role. Christina Miles has joined Zions Bank as senior vice president and director of sales, responsible for developing and elevating the bank's sales culture, including processes, training, recognition and reporting. Based in Boise, Idaho, Christina has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience and most recently spent 15 years as vice president and Business Development officer for Wells Fargo. She earned her bachelor's degree and MBA from Northwest Christian University (now Bushnell University) in Eugene, Oregon, and serves on the Idaho Manufacturing Alliance board of directors. She is an active member of the Idaho-Oregon Fruit and Vegetable Association and Blood Cancer United.
