  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Responsibilities
  • The Technical Product Support Manager serves as the central technical point of contact for the comprehensive lifecycle support of fielded products. This role ensures sustained operational readiness, drives continuous improvement, and bridges cross-functional teams—including engineering, supply chain, program management, and field service—to deliver seamless product support for both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lifecycle & Sustainment Leadership: Own the full sustainment lifecycle for deployed systems, ensuring product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction
  • Lifecycle & Sustainment Leadership: Support provisioning, level-of-repair analysis, and PHS&T activities to enable effective DoD supply chain integration
  • Lifecycle & Sustainment Leadership: Identify and mitigate sustainment risks during new product gate processes
  • Configuration & Change Management: Lead internal configuration change management processes and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) coordination with stakeholders
  • Configuration & Change Management: Partner with Hardware Product Development to prepare source technical data and drawings in support of new programs, field modifications, and Technical Manual updates
  • Obsolescence & Supply Chain Support: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Program Teams to analyze and report obsolescence risks
  • Obsolescence & Supply Chain Support: Develop mitigation strategies and assess impacts to program schedules, costs, and production readiness
  • Customer & Field Support: Act as a technical liaison to Field Service teams, providing engineering triage and support for operational-level maintenance and technical information requests
  • Customer & Field Support: Participate directly in problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency and mission success
  • Process Improvement & Operations Management: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations workflows and support new process rollouts
  • Process Improvement & Operations Management: Ensure seamless program execution by managing multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Tools & Documentation: Utilize digital tools such as spreadsheets, NetSuite, Arena, and Jira to track, document, and report on technical and programmatic activities

Its AutoDrive® installs as a retrofit kit that adds sensors, computing, and software to existing ground vehicles, enabling unmanned operation in challenging environments.
