You Will:

• Apply an analytical approach to review of ROI, customer behavior analysis, and unit economic impact from business initiatives
• Create financial reports that clearly summarize investments, productivity, forecasts, trends, and provide insight to management The building of budgeting and forecasting models
• Lead special projects as needed to provide analytical and decision support on new initiatives
• Collaborate with teams across the company to understand existing and emerging business strategies that impact gross profit and build ad hoc models to project financial impacts of these on our P&L and balance sheet
• Accelerate the growth of the business by identifying and implementing new opportunities and solutions for scalability, profitability, and defensibility of our business model 
• Monitor the financial statements to understand the impact of current initiatives and to shape future initiatives
• Support Corporate Finance during budgeting and forecasting process with business vertical communications and objectives
• Provide support for field P&L management

You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 5+ years of Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking experience at a high-growth startup or well-established company
• Strong Excel/financial modeling and Powerpoint skills
• Highly effective communicator who can easily break down complex information
• Ability to build teams and cross-functional relationships 
• Adaptive learner and keen attention to detail
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once and dealing with ambiguity
• Strong planner with the ability to provide focus for those around them

A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
