Requirements
- Deep insight and contagious passion for software and their related business processes

Responsibilities
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their desires, obstacles, and business very well, and to serve as their representative in internal conversations
- Working closely with senior management to convey and negotiate our product strategy, prepare all forms of project progress reports, and deliver presentations
- Communicating and decoding information for stakeholders
- Works closely with the development team on everything from high-level workflows and report layouts, to proof of concept code and user interfaces
- Embraces a client driven application design and development process by immersing themselves in end-user real world environment and incorporating feedback that fosters a highly adopted industry solution
- Works with quality assurance team to assist in building test strategies and results
- Creates design specs for development and documentation teams that will eventually be served to all stakeholders upon product release
- Leading an Early Adopter program, hand-off meetings to internal teams, and implementations to customers
- Caring deeply about user experiences, implementations, and the ongoing operational success that turns a product that customers need, into a product they want for life
- Doing whatever it takes to make the product or service useful, exciting, and successful
