Intel’s Technology Development Analytics and Technology Automation (TD ATA) organization hires talented software engineers to develop, test, and support factory automation systems that enable Intel to manufacture leading edge semiconductors. As a Software Engineer Intern within TD ATA, you will partner with other software engineers on development and validation of quality reliable software systems. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: designing and developing applications, developing databases, providing data analysis and recommendations, enabling automated software testing, executing regression test cases, creating technical documentation.

This is an internship and compensation will be given accordingly based on candidate education level and internship duration.

These skills shortage roles are typically STEM contributing positions requiring a Master’s or PhD degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with three years’ related job experience. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Requirements
- Candidate must be actively pursuing a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with: Object Oriented Programming (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Python)
- Microsoft or Linux operating systems
- Oracle or Microsoft database technologies
