  • Utilize consultative skills to develop and manage relationships with private equity firms that have investments in or are planning to invest in ambulatory healthcare practices
  • Perform market research to identify and pursue new opportunities to strengthen private equity relationships
  • Develop a comprehensive private equity list across our customer base
  • Identify, track and act upon on all M&A trigger events (including buyouts, spin offs, divestitures and carve outs, etc)
  • Keep track of the major players in the marketplace and monitor their activity - investment banks, private equity, venture capital, advisors, consulting organizations
  • Analyze past transactions and build model for gaining access to prioritized firms; create a repeatable success plan
  • Track industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team and the enterprise sales team to support the sales processes associated with private equity investments
  • Develop product and industry knowledge to effectively demonstrate the business impact that ModMed can have on a medical practice and the resulting financial benefit to a private equity investor
  • Advise product management on features or functions which would resonate with the private equity market
  • Actively participate in industry-relevant trade shows
