Requirements
- High school graduation or GED is required.
- Welding experience with metal inert gas (MIG) welding is required.
- The ability to repeatedly lift materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
- The ability to understand blueprints, identify welding defects, and use weld gauges is required.
- A safety-conscious approach, focus on quality, good work habits, and reliable attendance are required.
Responsibilities
- Perform wire-feed welding, including welding pressure vessels to applicable ASME codes.
- Perform production welding using wire-feed arc welders.
- Troubleshoot welding problems and make adjustments to correct them.
