Electrical Installation Supervisor - Grand Rapids, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with a leading systems provider of highly dynamic, automated, and turnkey logistics solutions worldwide in their search for a Electrical Installation Supervisor. In this role you will provide on-site coordination and execution of electrical installation work of electrical contractors.

What you will get to do:
- Collaborates with the Project Manager Controls (PrMC) on schedule and quality, and with the Onsite Manager (OSM) on safety and site activities.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Enforces OSHA and internal safety standards to prevent accidents.
- Coordinates and supervises electrical installation with personnel or subcontractors.
- Achieves deadlines, quality targets, and cost management for electrical installation.
- Documents daily work on multiple platforms, ensuring up-to-date installation plans and managing change order costs.
- Ensures compliance with company standards and tender documents.
- Oversees quality control and trains employees and subcontractors in electrical installation.
- Proactively identifies and resolves problems.
- Completes and maintains all administrative duties, including reports, timecards, checklists, and inventory control, while managing labor hours, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
What will make you successful:
- Ability to travel 90% of the time
- Extensive electrical experience with industrial equipment installation and machine build wiring, and/or material handling experience
- Experience with conveyor installation is encouraged
- Able to read and interpret blueprint drawings, electrical schematics, submittals, and specifications
- Excellent Communication and Leadership skills
- Reliability, cost awareness, being flexible and customer orientated
- Able to learn and adapt
- Able to work with numerous contractors as well as internal departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour training a plus
