Why we’re looking for you
With 3x growth YOY and sales consistently exceeding expectations, we’re seeking our first Content Marketing Associate! Prelim has achieved remarkable success with our banks, and we want to showcase this success to other banks and financial institutions through compelling case studies, white papers, and more. Our thoughtful content strategy aims to engage both existing and potential Prelim clients, helping them understand how to elevate their banking experiences.
What you’ll do
No two days will be the same. You’ll create diverse content, including case studies, press releases, and social media posts, capturing the experiences of our customers and their interactions with banks. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to research customer stories and assist in distributing and promoting your content.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate directly with our customers, Sales, Customer Success, and other departments, working alongside teammates who are passionate about customer satisfaction and innovation in banking. In this role you’ll
- Assist in executing the content marketing strategy.
- Write and edit various types of content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, social media posts).
- Research industry trends and gather data to inform content creation.
- Conduct interviews with our customers, ranging from bank CEOs to frontline staff and their customers.
- Support the marketing team in implementing content plans.
- Help with content distribution and promotion.
