  • Associate’s degree with strong organization skills, ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal experts and learning vendors to ensure content stays fresh and relevant for Fluence University and Manager In Fluence SharePoint sites.
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure successful employee or in-office events in partnership with Head of CE&I, local leaders and ERG teams.
  • Partner with key HR Stakeholders to support rollout of key Talent Initiatives in TA, CE&I, Learning and Performance.
  • Responsibilities can include project coordination, reporting, budget maintenance, scheduling, user acceptance testing, and other responsibilities as needed.
  • Support On-Boarding as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Event Planning, Content creation or related field
  • Ability to update Share Point content like an “influencer for employees” and execute events preferred
  • Experience with HR, scheduling, learning, events, and Workday preferred
