  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.
  • Experience managing contract performance and reporting is required.
  • Strong project management, communication, and Microsoft 365 skills are required.
  • Candidates must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above their shoulders during the work shift.
  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Candidates must be able to carry up to 40 pounds a reasonable distance.
  • Candidates must be able to push or pull with 30 pounds of force.
Responsibilities
  • Manage documentation, summaries, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, training, and operations across Veterans Affairs sites.
  • Provide bi-weekly updates and monthly status reports to CCPI.
  • Maintain team communication across Veterans Affairs stakeholders.
  • Support quality assurance, process improvements, and required reporting.
  • Oversee training compliance and deliverable timelines.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in medical or federal contracting is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or dental environments is preferred.
