Requirements
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree required; MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer facing product management role and experience in defining and delivering software products
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex projects in cross-functional environments
  • Experience with defining seamless consumer experiences
  • Well-developed understanding of getting to high impact improvements using qualitative and quantitative approaches
  • Bias towards action, even in areas of uncertainty, with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones, to get things done
  • Comfortable using data to inform priorities and evaluate impact of initiatives
  • Test-and-learn methodology awareness and experience
  • Background in electric vehicle and/or automotive industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about ChargePoint and our mission

Responsibilities
  • Build a strategic roadmap that meets the overall objectives for our commercial audiences while balancing the needs of our drivers.
  • Write detailed product requirements and end-to-end use cases to be used by engineering & design team and take product concepts from idea through shipping, measurement, and iteration.
  • Work side by side with Engineering & UX designers to create industry leading, frictionless station host experiences.
  • Collaborate with w/ engineering, product, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization.
  • Track market trends and competitive offerings, interface with customers and sales organization to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Drive the measurement, monitoring, and communication of performance metrics to enable leadership to act quickly & decisively
