- 5-7 years of buy-side experience, including at a multi-strategy firm
- Strong understanding of the UK and European regulatory environment
- Motivation and initiative to work independently and make decisions autonomously when called upon to do so
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals at all levels and provide time-sensitive guidance confidently and decisively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academic background: legal or financial related degree preferred
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards
- Provide ongoing advice to investment professionals and back-office personnel
- Deal with trading queries and restricted list management
- Review and approve requests in accordance with the firm's Code of Ethics policies
- Assist with position monitoring and disclosure notifications as required
- Assist with maintaining the European compliance infrastructure and adherence with the Compliance Monitoring Program
- Participate in staff training
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and help improve and refine the firm's policies and procedures
