Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales approaches.
  • Set and track sales goals, ensuring alignment with dealership objectives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the sales process from initial contact to final sale.
  • Handle high-profile customer interactions and resolve any escalated customer issues.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels in coordination with the parts and finance departments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize dealership management software (DMS) and CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
