Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional IT Operations, system administration OR a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including access control, encryption, and threat detection
  • Strong grasp of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or equivalent are desirable

Responsibilities
  • Maintain technical ownership for supporting our Pharmacy Management System infrastructure and vendor relationship
  • Provide in-person and remote technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for all employees
  • Assist in supporting and maintaining several existing enterprise platforms within Google Workspace, Workday, FreshService, JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Slack, and more
  • Support IT solutions to scale and automate business processes such as onboarding/offboarding, software access, ticketing systems, SSO, and MDM
  • Support IT onboarding processes and offboarding processes, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with various business leaders to implement new tools and applications to support their technical needs
  • Run and maintain Core system environment, experience with Saas products
  • Thrive in an agile environment
