Responsibilities
  • The Technical Writer provides writing and editing services.
  • They contribute to producing and editing the Innovation Recommendation Reports as they relate to performance improvements in systems, operations, and processes.
  • They review new performance improvement content for editing accuracy and formatting and support other acquisitions at the project level.
  • They also collaborate with SMEs to design, write, revise, and/or edit technical documentation, including interim whitepapers, plans, outlines, speeches, or presentations.
  • They assist with management of updates, version control, and revisions to the technical literature repository.
  • The Technical Writer is junior in producing and updating documentation related to systems engineering.
  • The Technical Writer takes direction from more senior personnel.
  • They collaborate and share work with other Technical Writers.
